About My Sister’s Business is on a mission to equip, educate, and empower black women business owners through connections to capital, coaching and capacity-building resources.
To work toward our mission, we provide the following services to black women business owners, customizing our offerings to fit each woman’s needs:

Our Impact
We see and understand the struggles that black women business owners face — under-resourced, underpaid and underfunded. We work with women to take their businesses to the next level, helping them build capacity so that they can become sustainable, grow and compete in their industry.
Our Team
About My Sister’s Business was founded in 2020 by Michelle Jordan and Alexis Dennard, who share a dream of seeing more black female business owners supported to success. Today, our dedicated executive team and board of directors continue to power our mission forward. Their range of knowledge, expertise and connections to the business community is invaluable to the women we serve.
